City of Oswego Police Chief Gives Overview of Department Initiatives at St. Luke

Tory DeCaire, Chief of Police visited St. Luke residents and gave an overview of the department as well as his public safety priorities.

The Chief talked about the force of over fifty officers who serve the residents of Oswego and the reduction of the City's crime rate and task forces underway designed to tackle the drug epidemic affecting the area, including the DARE program that is very active in our City School District buildings.
