Grant Funding To Support Collaborative Telemedicine Project Here in Oswego County
St. Luke Health Services has been awarded a grant by the Central New York Care Collaborative, Inc. (CNYCC) to support the development of a telemedicine program with partners Oswego Hospital, Morningstar Residential Care Center and Seneca Hill Manor. When implemented in the months ahead, the telemedicine program will help reduce potentially avoidable hospital emergency room visits by local nursing home residents, resulting in better care and satisfaction to residents and families, while helping to reduce the cost of healthcare, a "win-win" for everyone here in Oswego County. More information about this project will be available in the months ahead. You can learn more about the CNYCC Innovation Fund here.
