Members of the St. Francis Commons Walking Club are seen keeping the pace as they complete yet another lap indoors during their regular group exercise.

Even the weather can't slow these folks down as they make their way St. Francis Commons Walking Club Sets The Pace Indoors During The Winter 2 19around our residence.

Residents start out walking with many others joining in as we sing songs, admire seasonal decorations and encourage each other to walk around one more lap. The encouragement of staff along the way adds to the smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work!
