"Stepping On" Classes Helping Improve Balance and Reduce Falls in Older Adults
The "Oswego County News Now" August edition of "Health Matters" spotlighted the great work being done by the "Stepping On" team of Kathy Scanlon from Oswego Health Home Care; Sonia Robinson with the Oswego County Health Department; and Cheryl Cullinan at Bishop's Commons.
The team of instructors have been leading a successful seven-week class designed to help improve balance and reduce the risk of falls in older adults throughout our community. Read more about this great program and learn how you can sign up for the next class starting in September.
