Becoming a resident at Bishop’s Commons is easy:

Please complete our application package, which includes:

■ Application (printable PDF)

■ Copies of all insurance cards and Driver’s License or other photo ID

■ Advanced Directives (Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, DNR, etc) as applicable

■ Check for $500 (application fee/credited to first month's rent-refundable) payable to “Bishop’s Commons”
