IV Antibiotic Therapy
Our interdisciplinary teams at St. Luke provides IV antibiotic therapy for medically complex residents who require antibiotics to treat infection. We offer care for residents who may be seriously ill and experiencing multiple medical problems, including many currently on IV medications in an acute care setting.

Our Wound Care and Healing Program is available to both Short-Stay Rehabilitation patients and long-term skilled nursing care residents. Our program specializes in the treatment of complex and hard to heal wounds that can result from a variety of acute or chronic conditions including venous ulcers, arterial and diabetic wounds, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds or traumatic injuries.
