St. Luke Adult Day Health Program Closes Temporarily
As the prevalence of the coronavirus illness increases, the New York State Department of Health has now ordered the temporary suspension statewide of all Adult Day Health Care Programs Services.
This means that our St. Luke Adult Day Health Care Program will be suspending operations temporarily, until further notice, beginning Wednesday, March 18.
We know that this will cause concern and challenges for our registrants who we serve and their families or caregivers. We recognize the unexpected changes represent significant hardships for families and others who support their loved ones in their homes.
Transportation provider Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. has been made aware of this State directive.
Moving forward, we will provide you with updates and any changes in the status of our Adult Day Health Care Program as soon as they become available. If you have questions, please contact our Adult Day Health Care Program Director at 315-342-3166.
