Whether Palliative Care, Wound Care, IV Antibiotic Therapy, or other special medical support services, our staff is fully devoted to ensuring maximum comfort through exceptional medical care.
Quality Care at Home
Our exceptional Adult Day Health Care program and Home Health Services offer in-home activities and personalized medical services to help seniors maintain health, dignity, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Serving Oswego, Jefferson, and Onondaga counties. The St. Luke CAPABLE Program (Community Aging in Place—Advancing Better Living for Elders) is a client-directed, home-based intervention to increase mobility, function, and capacity. The CAPABLE Program is available free of charge to eligible participants.
Our Family of Caring
St. Luke Health Services is a part of The St. Luke Family of Caring, a proud affiliation of community-based, not-for-profit healthcare and residential service providers serving the greater-Oswego County area, and includes Bishop’s Commons Enriched Housing Residence and St. Francis Commons Assisted Living Residence. Together we provide community, care, and services to over 300 individuals daily.
